An advance deposit is required on all reservations.
The deposit will equal 1/2 of the total charge for the room.
Cancellation policy: There is a $25 processing fee on ALL cancellations. The deposit less the $25 fee will be refunded on cancellations received more than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival. For cancellations received 7 days or less prior to scheduled arrival, we will gladly apply your deposit (less the $25 fee) towards a future stay if we are able to re-rent your room. If we are not able to re-rent your room, the deposit will be forfeited. For holiday periods, cancellations must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival.
Event Reservations
You MUST pre-register for the Spirit Communication Circle, Spirit Communication (Gallery) Demonstration, and Sunday Workshop with Lunch directly through The Highlands Inn when you make your room reservations.
Gallery and workshop admission prices are non-refundable.

Joanne Gerber
Joanne Gerber is a profoundly gifted internationally recognized Psychic Medium from the Boston Massachusetts area who is known for her natural ability to bring through evidential messages from those in the spirit world. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing, is Reiki Certified, and is certified in both Clinical and Metaphysical Hypnotherapy. In February 2007, after completing a nine step screening process, Joanne was welcomed as an Integrative Research Medium with The University of Arizona VERITAS research program directed by Dr. Gary Schwartz, PH.D. and Julie Beischel, PH.D. At the close of the VERITAS program in February 2007, Joanne was invited to continue her work as a Certified Research Medium with The Windbridge Institiute for Applied Research in Human Potential, also founded and directed by of Julie Beischel, P.H.D.

Rita Berkowitz
Rita Straus Berkowitz has impressed large audiences throughout the world by drawing portraits of loved ones from the higher side of life. She is the author of Empowering Your Life with Angels and co-author of The Complete Idiot's Guide to Communicating with Spirits. Rita has both studied and taught at the Arthur Findley College in Essex England, as well as lectured and demonstrated in colleges, New Age Centers and Spiritualist Churches in the United States and Canada. She is an accomplished artist who has shown her paintings and drawings throughout New England and New York. Rita is an Ordained Minister in the Spiritualist Church and pastor of the First Spiritualist Church, Quincy, MA.
